  秘曉林教授課題組招收2020年碩士研究生

  一、課題組介紹

  秘曉林,博士,教授,博士研究生導師。入選中國科學(xué)院“引進(jìn)國外杰出人才--百人計劃”,遼寧省“攀登學(xué)者”。國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金、博士后科學(xué)基金、美國國家科學(xué)基金研究生項目等評議人,SCI雜志International Journal of Nanomedicine顧問(wèn)編委,PLoS ONE、Current Proteomics編委,中國生化藥物雜志編委,中國環(huán)境誘變劑學(xué)會(huì )理事,遼寧省醫學(xué)會(huì )醫學(xué)遺傳學(xué)分會(huì )副主任委員,Biomaterials、Genetics、International Journal of Nanomedicine等SCI雜志審稿人。主持國家重點(diǎn)基礎研究計劃“973”課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、中國科學(xué)院創(chuàng )新項目等。

  1990年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生物化學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1996年畢業(yè)于衛生部蘭州生物制品研究所免疫學(xué)和微生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),獲碩士學(xué)位;1999年畢業(yè)于中國預防醫學(xué)科學(xué)院病毒學(xué)研究所病原生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位。同年赴美國,在國立衛生研究院(National Institutes of Health)國家癌癥研究所(National Cancer Institute)從事博士后研究,隨后任職美國國立衛生研究院國家癌癥研究所研究學(xué)者。作為通訊作者,研究成果發(fā)表在Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences USA, Oncogene, Biomaterials, Human Molecular Genetics, Journal of Cell Science等國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊。

  研究方向

  1.        非編碼RNA(miRNA和lncRNA)應答DNA損傷,調節細胞周期、凋亡、轉錄的功能和機制;

  2.        腸道干細胞再生與分化的表觀(guān)遺傳調控。
