攻讀研究生，應該注重哪些方面的培養（英漢版）？

摘要：攻讀研究生，不僅僅是為了一份學(xué)歷，更多的是培養自身能力，提高自身價(jià)值。那么，攻讀研究生需要注重哪些方面的培養呢？

　　在這里為大家提供五個(gè)應當注意的方面（英漢版），希望對大家有所幫助。

　　►智力水平（Intellectual Skills）

　　1.Honesty(誠實(shí))

　　2.Curiosity (有好奇心)

　　3.Discrimination——ability to distinguish what is important from what is trivial (辨別事情的輕重緩急)

　　4.Imagination and creativity (培養自己的想象力和創(chuàng )造力)

　　5.Common sense (對環(huán)境條件和事實(shí)的感知的理性的判斷! )

　　6.Objectivity (客觀(guān)理智的對待問(wèn)題!減少主觀(guān)臆斷造成的損失)

　　7.Intuition (判斷客 觀(guān)事實(shí)、痛苦與快樂(lè )的直覺(jué))

　　8. Skill in observation of natural, technical, or social phenomena ( 對大自然、科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì )生活的感受力和洞察力)

　　9. Systematic problem-solving ( 系統、條理的處理問(wèn)題的能力)

　　10. A good memory (多思考減少未來(lái)可能提前到來(lái)的老年癡呆! )

　　11.Capacity for logical reasoning, including abstract and the oretical reasoning (培養邏輯推理能力，這不是-般人能真正學(xué)到的，總結和理性邏輯的能力很重要。)

　　12.Capacity to draw logical inferencesfrom observational and experimentaldata

　　(從表面現象推導本質(zhì)問(wèn)題的能力!無(wú)論在生活還是工作中都很重要。)

　　13.Ability to conceive an explanatory hypothesis and design critical teststoevaluate it (要能對產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際問(wèn)題做出全面合理的假設，然后設計方案解決)

　　►溝通能力（Communication Skills）

　　1.Capacity toretrieve information from published sources ( 提取信息的能力)

　　2 Skillin learning by interview methods(通過(guò)互相交談進(jìn)行學(xué)習的能力!這是接收信息的能力)

　　3.Capacity to communicate in writing(寫(xiě)作中的表達能力)

　　4.Capacity to communicate orally (口頭相互交流的能力)

　　5. Skillinuseofcomputersand .otherinformation- processing devices

　　6.Skill in graphic display of information and ideas (會(huì )用圖景表達自己的想法!這是最直接的和生動(dòng)的表達方式，應該努力培養)

　　►人格魅力（Personality Characteristics）

　　1.Maturity(人格、人生觀(guān)和價(jià)值觀(guān)的成功)

　　2. Motivation anddrive (應該學(xué)會(huì ) 自我激勵)

　　3. Self-confidence (要絕對自信)

　　4. Dependability (讓自己值得信賴(lài)!communication can takeeffect!)

　　5. Independence (人格和思想的絕對獨立性)

　　6. Empathy (這個(gè)詞比較難理解! 1、要執著(zhù)和投入;2、要站在別人的角度考慮當時(shí)的問(wèn)題，不要執著(zhù)于無(wú)畏的爭執。)

　　7. Capacity to work effectively withsuperiors, peers, and subordinates (培養自己與老板、同學(xué)和屬下的高效工作能力)

　　8. Initiative and sense of responsibility(不要因失敗而放棄，有主觀(guān)能動(dòng)性，勇敢的行動(dòng)!責任心很重要)

　　9. Capacity for objective self-criticism(不斷進(jìn)行客觀(guān)的自我批評，別人的指責有一部分在于自己的錯)

　　10. Leadership and management skills(領(lǐng)導和管理的能力，課題由自己管理、小組成員都應該有管理這個(gè)小組的責任心，這個(gè)隊伍才能不斷前進(jìn))

　　►工作能力（Habits of Work）

　　1. Efhciency in the use of time (高效利用時(shí)間!我們還要玩兒，念研究生，20%時(shí)間玩兒，80%工作，在工作的時(shí)間里也是只有20%是最有效的時(shí)間，不要連這點(diǎn)時(shí)間都kill。)

　　2.Persistence——ability to see things through to completion (要堅持到最后，不能輕易放棄，其實(shí)一開(kāi)始需要認識到結果，對工作有一個(gè)全景的假設)

　　3. Capacity forsustained intellectual andphysical work (勞逸結合!只學(xué)不玩兒，聰明的孩子會(huì )變傻! AIlI work and no playmakesJack a dull boy!這是科研中更應該注意的。)

　　4. Orderliness (條理，別亂)

　　►動(dòng)手能力（Manual dexterity）

　　1. Skill in the development, selection, and use of appropriate scientifc, engineering, orartistic apparatus, machines, and models

　　(具有開(kāi)發(fā)、選擇和使用適當的科學(xué)、工程、藝術(shù)儀器、機器和模型的技能)

　　為了順利讀完研究生，為了更好的培養自己，必須要重視以上這些方面。

　　沒(méi)有什么事一蹴而就的，能力培養更應該注重日常的積累。
